This Privacy Policy explains how Dolo ("Dolo," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Dolo mobile application and related services (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information to operate the App:

• Account information — your name, email address, and login credentials when you create an account.

• Content you create — activities you create or join, titles, descriptions, and chat messages.
• Location information — your approximate location, used to show nearby activities and display activity locations on a map. You control this through your device settings.
• Age verification — information you provide to verify your age for activities designated as 18+.
• Usage and device information — basic technical data such as device type and app interactions, used to keep the App running and improve it.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• create and manage your account;
• show you relevant nearby activities and let you tag along;
• enable messaging between participants;
• verify age for 18+ activities;
• keep the App safe, including reviewing reports and enforcing our Terms;
• operate, maintain, and improve the App.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to operate the App:

• With other users — your profile, activities, and messages are visible to the people you share them with. Activity locations shown in Discovery display the general area only.
• With service providers — trusted vendors who help us host and run the App (for example, cloud hosting), bound by confidentiality obligations.
• For legal reasons — when required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users or the App.

5. Your Choices & Rights

You can review and edit your profile at any time, control location permissions through your device settings, and report or block other users from within the App. You may delete your account at any time from Settings, which removes your account and associated content, subject to any information we must retain for legal or safety reasons. 6. Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App. When you delete your account, we delete or de-identify your personal information, except where we are required to retain it to comply with the law, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us information, contact us at hello@dontgodolo.com and we will delete it.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
